  2. Workers paid on the basis of performance will also be guaranteed the new minimum wage, or more as to reflect their productivity (as it is currently the situation).
  3. The Labour Advisory committee is a tripartite institution that is composed of 14 government, 7 trade union and 7 employer representatives.
  4. Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training has established a tripartite working group that is composed of 9 government, 9 trade union, and 9 employer representatives to discuss minimum wage issues for the garment and shoe industry in Cambodia.
  5. Other entitlements and benefits including attendance, seniority bonus, housing and transportation allowance, and meal for overtime work have been maintained.
  6. Workers who have worked from the second year to the eleventh year will receive seniority bonus from $2 to $11. 
  7. Workers will receive $0.50 for meal when having voluntary overtime work per day.
  8. Effective from 01 January 2018, minimum wage for workers have has been increased to $170 by maintaining other entitlement and benefits.
